Hello folks - that was quite a spirited converstion with Shally on Tuesday!

It was a challenge to keep up with, wasn’t it? Is Animal here? Shally's shows are always well attended - he knows how to draw a crowd! Denyse - what did you like best about it? Did you read the Chat log?

Didnt' ready the chat log - was taking notes along the way. Honestly, it was too frenetic for me - and most of what was discussed was a big foreign -but I know I'm too new still to get it Do you use the strings and sites that were mentioned in the conversations as a Telephone sourcer???

I use very little strings and hardly any sites these days. I use very simple boolean (a couple words - nothing fancy) then I use those results as a toehold when I call.

How did you become aware of it? I had never heard of it when I started. But when you think about it you realize the VALUE of what we bring forward.

Hmm..I wanted to return to the HR world but not a stuffy Financail corporate envirnoment as I had worked for previously.
